With 30 years experience in the roller skating industry, the Collier family is taking Sand Springs by storm once again.

In 1995, Dennis Collier transformed the skating rink formerly known as Rinky Dink into the Sand Springs Skate Center.  His family and roller skating career took him back to California; therefore he leased the business to various parties from 1998 on.

Dennis's son, Court, and daughter-in-law, Jenny Downey-Collier, recently decided to purchase the business from their father. After acquiring their degrees in Graphic Design and Business Administration the new generation of Colliers have created a modern vision for the newly named, SKATES.

The two of them have over 15 years of experience in the roller skating industry and plan to bring their success and knowledge of the business to the Tulsa-Metropolitan area.  As they grow they will be renovating to bring a fresh look to the facility.  Their goal is to make SKATES an integral part of the community yet again and are dedicated to bringing family fun and wholesome entertainment back to Sand Springs.
